COSPAL was founded in 1981 for the manufacture of reflector panels and has continually expanded the business adding the other aspects of Antenna design, fabrication, installation, and alignments.

Using their long and good experience in bonding, COSPAL decided to develop their technology for producing aluminum composite panels which combine low weight with high stiffness.
